By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
If you do not accept these conditions, please do not proceed with a commission request.
Please read carefully before placing an order. Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of service or blacklisting.
My artwork may not be used for AI or NFTs.
You must be 18 or older to commission me.I reserve the right to:
Refuse any commission for any reason.
Post the finished work publicly (unless an NDA/privacy agreement is purchased).
I will not create: fetish art, hateful or offensive content, or any subject matter that makes me uncomfortable. Please ask if you are unsure.

COPYRIGHT
I retain the copyright to all work I create. This allows me to use the artwork for promotional purposes, such as portfolios or marketing materials, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
I may add my signature or watermark to any work I share on websites or social media.
You are responsible for maintaining and enforcing your ownership rights to any character designs you provide.
COMMERCIAL USE INCLUDED
All artwork includes commercial rights by default (unless stated otherwise) — This means that you can use the pieces for monetized content, branding, merch, steaming, etc.

PRIVACY / NDA
Privacy or NDA requests must be clearly stated at the time of commissioning.
A 50% confidentiality fee will be applied.
Under an NDA agreement, we will not:
- Share WIPs (work-in-progress images) on social media
- Stream the creation process
- Publicly display or post the final work without your permission
Submit a commission request.
I will confirm details, pricing, and estimated completion time.
Once accepted, I will send you an invoice. Work begins after payment is received.Payments with Stripe. You will receive an Invoice link that you can pay through Card, Bancontact, Klarna, Amazon Pay or EPS (Country of residency is needed for my Taxes).
Prices are listed in €/EURO.
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Do not send payments before I confirm your slot and issue an invoice.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Full refunds are only available before I begin the sketch.
Once I’ve started, partial refunds may be offered (depending on the amount of progress).
No refunds after a piece is completed.
I can cancel a commission and issue a full or partial refund (depending on the amount of progress) if I no longer wish to continue the project.
CHARGEBACK POLICY
Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances.
If you are dissatisfied, please contact me directly to resolve the issue.
Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist and loss of usage rights to the artwork.
QUEUE & DEADLINES
I will offer you a time estimation based on my queue before accepting the commission. You will be informed if there is a delay.
If you need a deadline, please state this before payment. Rush fees (+50% or more) may apply.
Harassment or repeated inquiries about progress will not be tolerated.
REVISIONS
I do not offer wip sketches for approval, unless it is explicitly stated in the commission type. If you would like a sketch for approval for a commission type that does not include it by default, please request it before payment (additional fees may apply).
Once finished, only small fixes (if I missed details provided) will be done for free. Other edits require a fee.
FINAL PRODUCT
The finished artwork will be delivered digitally in [PNG] format.
No physical items will be shipped.
I recommend saving your files promptly; I cannot guarantee storage beyond 1 month.
Slight stylistic differences from my samples may occur. I may alter small details, simplify details or alter color palettes if it fits my style better.
